POTKURI carried out a recruitment assignment for Fipla, a SaaS startup company, in autumn 2022. Fipla was looking for a student interested in SaaS to accelerate the company’s customer acquisition and develop Fipla’s product offering and sales. This was the company’s first employee in the sales function, which is why it was important that the selected candidate had a self-directed and entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to develop Fipla’s operations holistically. The assignment was completed within a short timeframe without compromising on quality. Within a couple of weeks, POTKURI provided Fipla with the profiles of four members of its network of experts, from which Fipla selected the most suitable person for the position.
